My Passion

I’ve been a financial coach since college, but just didn’t know it! I’ve always had a passion for personal finance and helping friends and family organize and better understand their finances. I didn’t realize just how many people were in need and willing to pay for my services until a few years ago.

I enrolled in a program to become an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), and that’s when it became clear this is what I loved. I couldn’t absorb the new information I was learning fast enough. I spent all my free time reading and studying. Budgeting and saving are the core of personal finance and what I helped people with the most, but I was now diving into topics like taxes, insurance, student loans, credit repair, and so much more. I couldn’t wait to educate clients on all of this. After countless hours of studying, I passed the test on my first attempt, and the feeling of accomplishment was incredible.

Helping people improve their financial situations brings me so much joy. Being able to look at their finances like a puzzle and then organize everything in a way that makes their life easier is amazing. I enjoy being the person who relieves so much stress for clients who want to improve their situation but do not know how. I am honored to be the one people trust to help them get out of debt, build their credit, create an emergency savings for the first time, open retirement and investment accounts, reduce their bills, and create a new life they never imagined was possible.

I’m truly excited every time I work with a new client because I know I can make a positive impact on their life. Financial literacy isn't something we learn in school, so trying to manage and get ahead with your finances can often feel like playing a game without knowing the rules. Once you have the right tools to be successful, you feel empowered knowing you are making right decisions with your money.

Starting is the hardest part, but once you take that step, it will be the best decision you ever make!
